How do I book a vending machine for my event?
Reserve your date.
Accept the quote and submit 50% deposit too confirm your reservation.
Choose your designs.
Select from our library of pre-made designs or choose custom designs to match your event’s theme. We will finalize the design and get everything prepped.
Finalize details and submit final payment.
We will provide a status update as your event approaches to confirm delivery and setup. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
Event day!
A staff member will arrive at least 1hr prior to your event to setup.
How does pricing work?

Can I use my own designs?
Of course! We can turn any image within the acceptable specs into a sticker.
Accepted file types: .PNG
(preferred), .JPG
, or .SVG
Transparency: PNG files should have a transparent background if possible (especially for die-cut stickers)
Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) (Very important for print clarity!)
Minimum dimensions: At least 1000 x 1000 pixels (Larger is better, especially if scaling)
What are the setup and space requirements?
We deliver and setup within 50 miles of Mansfield, TX. We can accommodate locations outside of the 50 mile radius for an additional fee depending on availability. Please provide at least 4-6 square feet of space and coverage from weather elements that can damage the machine. No power is required! We will provide the quarters.
Do you service outside the DFW metroplex?
Yes. We service the DFW metroplex AND are willing to travel to neighboring cities such as Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Tyler, etc.
Is there a travel fee?
All packages include free travel to events up to 60 miles from Masnsfield, TX. For events beyond this, a possible travel fee may be applied.
Travel fee: There is a $1 charge, ne way for addtional distances past 60 miles from Mansfield, TX.
Example: If your eventis 75 miles away from Mansfield, that is 15 miles over the limit and the travel fee would be $15 total on top of the package price.
Do you remain on-site during the event?
Yes, to ensure a smooth event, we will have a staff member onsite, if allowed. Otherwise, will remain within 5 minutes of the event. The staff member will be on standby, ready to troubleshoot or assist with anything related to your rental. This applies to all events, no matter the distance.
